“Our vehicle was a levc black taxi booked for meet and greet- booked online a week in advance.
We rang ahead as advised 10 minutes before arriving at the terminal. We were then told that the driver was not insured to drive our vehicle and we would have to follow the driver back to the car park then he would bring us back to the terminal. On our return, we would have to meet the driver at the terminal. He would then take us back to the car park where we would collect our vehicle so not at all meet and greet but we have paid £88 for this service so I think we need to be refunded for the normal car park fees and not the meet and greet service. I would like to say that our driver was very very friendly and apologetic and in no way does this reflect on him? I feel that this error should’ve been picked up at booking and we should have been contacted and advised and then we would’ve only booked the normal car park stay.”
“Very good drop off on a cold and snowy morning at 0700 hrs. Pick up at 2150hrs a week later almost as good but slight confusion as to the exact meeting point. Car appeared in same condition as when left ( which isnt saying much!) and no loss of fuel. Would certainly recommend ,as I would APH drop off at Copthorne.”
