“Just brilliant. The guy was there to pick up my car within 2 minutes of arriving, and there again with my car as we walked over to pick it up. So convenient and takes a bit of stress out of going to airport with a small child and loads of luggage!”
“Generally good. Took a while to answer the phone after we’d collected our luggage however. Also Gatwick South collection point is more complicated to get to than other operators. We waited at the ‘approved operators’ area on level 1 of the car park but we were wrong and had to go to level 0 which has no label in the lift, so took a while to get our car. Gatwick North is much easier as it’s right outside the entrance.”
“We could not find the drip off point. The logon I had to the booking did not link to any form of information to help. We ended up using the long stay car park which was at a premium. I complained to APH - I have yet to have a response. I will not be using them again - shockingly poor information, help and complaints procedure. Avoid at all costs.”
