Very grateful to the driver on our outward journey on September4th who promptly called me at the check in queue to say my husband had left his phone in the car and how he would wait at the drop off spot for him to retrieve it. Also delighted to be able to put my Tesco points to good use for payment.”
“Once we located the Meeting staff, all went well, including the affable man who returned our car. I suggest, however, that the Greeters should be more noticeable, perhaps with distinguished clothing or a banner or noticeboard as we actually drove straight past the two chaps standing on the N/S footpath, having no reason to connect them with you.”
“Excellent service. I have used APH for many years but have always used the self-park/bus option but felt that despite being the owner of a high-powered performance car, I was convinced by a friend to try the meet & greet option. I was pleased to be met by an old driver who I was confident would not be tempted to try out this performance but treat the cat with respect. This had been an area of concern but I was pleased to say completely dispelled when meeting my collecting driver. I was met immediately upon arrival in the designated area and handed over the car. On return, I called from baggage collection as requested and was pleased to find that my car was waiting outside when I exited the airport. Completely undamaged and only with additional mileage commensurate with the return trip to APH secure parking. One completely satisfied customer who will be using this service in the future. TOP MARKS for service.”
“The timekeeping and service was basically good. However, the driver felt the need to change the seat height and angle, back rest angle, steering column height and depth settings. Not necessary just to park the car surely? Just for their amusement? Bit annoying when you jump in for a long drive home after a long flight.”
“Instructions for drop off were not clear, we entered an underground car park incorrectly. There needs to be clear instruction about waiting in the layby opposite Premier Inn if there is not a visible attendant waiting yet.
Pick up states ring when you are collecting your luggage, not when you have COLLECTED your luggage. Simple things but would be a big difference to please customers.”
