“A little disappointed in the pricing. I booked through Defence Discount. For £88.00. I subsequently discovered that I had mistakenly booked to return the same day. When correcting this the price was increased to £134.00 for the seven days. A rather excessive penalty for an simple mistake.”
“Whilst instructions were given where to go, there were no signs at all that we could see regarding APH parking at drop-off. When returning from holiday (at a different terminal) it can be difficult to follow instructions where to go to collect your car when you are not familiar with the airport surroundings also. So signage outside would be extremely helpful.”
