“Typically been good service in past, but definitely will call before I pick up bags next time. First time it took 20 min from call to car was delivered and last time over 30 min. Other than this obvisouly a good service and friendly staff.”
“I went slightly wrong when dropping the car off at Gatwick South, but I parked up where I saw a chap with the APH logo. He pointed out where I should have parked but didn't mind sorting us out and taking the car key anyway then cheerily wished us a good holiday.
The return was very smooth now that I knew where the correct drop off/pick up point is.
No waiting about at drop off or pick up. Never yet had any hiccup with APH or any of their affiliates at other airports.”
