“Used APH meet & greet for the first time and was pleased with the service. Drop off and pick up were very good and saved a lot of time. My only complaint was the car must have been parked under trees as there were a lot of dead leaves in the windscreen wiper aperture which I am still removing.”
“I used APH, cause they were really good the last time . I was a little confused on the second time where to meet as it was a different company. But the lady at APH really helped me. I was going to Ireland to say goodbye to my elderly Dad for the last time. The lady I spoke with was very understanding as i was really stressed and I eventually found the pick up point. “Terrible service - awaiting reply from my complaint. Forget the published -“ your car will be waiting for you on your arrival” Took 10 minutes to get through to the telephone number only to be told 20 minute wait for my car. After chasing further waited 50minutes for my car to arrive at the airport. Booked meet and greet to make a long journey better - terrible decision the buses ran quicker than this service. Poor attitude from staff. A lot of money for a poor service.”
“We received a good service when dropping our car off, but when we came to collect our car, we were left waiting nearly an hour with no explanation.
