Could have done with better instructions on how to navigate from Gatwick luggage hall to pick up point.

“This was the first time we had used the 'meet and greet' service and it was brilliant. I phoned the company 10 minutes before we arrived at the meeting point at Gatwick, they gave instructions over the phone and via email and the meeting point was right next to the terminal. They took the keys, took pictures of the car, they gave instructions for collection and wished us a happy holiday.
Upon our return, I followed the simple instructions for collecting our car and the process was just as easy. No catching buses, trains, APH met us with the car, very close to the terminal, we got in and drove home. Fantastic service, would highly recommend. Thank you APH.”
