“The Meet & Greet made all the difference to my travel comfort. The advisor I phoned 10 minutes away from Gatwick was so helpful, guiding me in from where I was straight to the forecourt where a uniformed driver attracted my attention. He took numerous photos of the car before driving away and leaving us to make our way into departures. He gave me a printed card with a QRcode which he told me to have with me on my return. Arriving back was just as easy. I claimed my baggage, phoned as directed and agin the advisor told me exactly where to go and how to get there. After a short wait my car was driven in, the QRcode was scanned to identify me, and away I went. I will definitely use this again.”
“Normally I have found APH satsisfactory. but on this occaion, when I returned to Gatwick South to collect my car at around 2pm, I had to wait for FIFTY minutes for the car. There was no reply from APH phone and I eventually found a Heloful Parking Supervisor. He confirmed I was correctly waiting in the normal place and he, too. was unableto locate car or driver. The unapologetic driver eventually turned up and had the cheek to suggest a £6 parkingfine due to the delay! The request was denied.”
