“Changed vehicle to a different one on the booking and they still had the old one on the system. Chap was confused.
On return had to wait over 45 minutes for the car to return to the car park. Not what you want at midnight! Hardly meet and greet.”
“Drop off was easy enough. On return we had to wait 55 minutes in arrivals until the car turned up. Paid extra money for this and could have been way down the road if we had parked In a normal car park. When you have 5 very tired people and have to wait that long it was very frustrating.”
“Easy and straightforward with shortish wait to get car back on return. It could be better with having the car already waiting although the location to meet the driver was very convenient.”
