Collection though was rather slow. They ssy to call when you've collected your luggage and are heading out however that meant I stood around outside for over 15minutes after calling for them to drop off my car which, at 1.30am, after a long flight was not what I thought I was signing up for.
Finally, without trying to sound like im being dramatic, I think that they rented my car to the local pigeons for them to use it as a public bathroom. My car was absolutely caked in bird poo which is absolutely disgusting for them to return my car in such a state. And it would be hard pressed for them to claim they didn't notice because the windscreen had huge lumps all over it which if I'm being honest, I think would actually get you pulled over by the police due to the lack of visability.
Handing a car back in this state is a very poor practise and speaks volumes about the level of care that they give your car when you go away.”
