“The dropping off and collecting timings were fine, with a convenient location outside the terminal. I have scored APH down however as our car was returned to us literally covered with leaves and resin where it had clearly been left standing outside. Whilst appreciating they’d been some stormy weather in the days before collection I would expect someone could at least have cleared some of this before returning the car. As it was we were left to do it at Gatwick and told by the staff to contact customer service if we had any complaints. Not ideal service after a day of travel.”
“Very good. Friendly driver and good communication from central switchboard. Only quibble, we had info saying we would be met at the car park, but found on the day that it was now the cental reservation outside Premier Inn. Good value compared to overnight stays.”
“There was about a 20 min wait for our car at the end - despite ringing when we had our bags, like we were told. Which at 1.30am with 3 kids (one of which was an overtired 5 year old) was not ideal!”
