“Phoned them 10 mins before arriving in my car at LGW. Polite chap met us at drop off point and inspected car for damage and then gave us the QR code/instructions for arrival back from holiday. On arrival back from holiday I called the telephone number when collecting suitcases from baggage hall and as we walked to their lane our car was waiting for us - SUPER EASY!!”
