“This was the best meet and greet company I have used in Gatwick. Promptly there to pick up and drop the car back, in a convientient place. Friendly and helpful workers, even when I had entered my number plate wrong they fixed it swiftly.”
“The drop off and pick up was fine but unfortunately our car was returned damaged, the driver admitted it had happened with them and even how it had taken place. However. there is no one you can phone, only email customer services and, as it stands 48 hours later we have received no response or acceptance of liability or confirmation that the damaged will be paid for :-(”
“All good. Met at meeting place 2 mins from departures. Had a 5 min wait in the cold to collect car and the front tyre was flat. Luckily I have an airpump in my car so didn't have to drive on a flat to a garage”
“A very simple experience. You drive to the departure terminal, meet a very friendly and helpful staff member, and exchange your key for a receipt. On return you collect your luggage, if you have any, phone APH and your car is delivered to the arrivals pickup area.
I will definitely use this service again.”
“Good, but waited quite a bit on the return which made me think it would maybe have been easier and certainly cheaper to have just took the bus to the long stay car park.”
