“We’ve used the service on several occasions and it has been excellent.
Though, I have to say on our last visit the experience was not good, we had to wait a hour to collect our car on return but there was no communication I now understand the delay was due to roadworks but this was no communicating or update. Also on returning to the car the dashboard display showed the bonnet was open which my husband shut for what reason was the bonnet open we don’t know. I’ve sent an email to customer services and am awaiting their response.”
