“Arrival was delayed due to traffic on M25 and I think this had caused a back log at the airport but eventually car was collected after about 10-15 minute wait. On arrival back, I emailed company on morning of departure about change of flight times but this didnt get through to the guys in the car park,so again short delay whilst car delivered. All handled with good communication and no real problems”
