“The drop off was brilliant. Professional, patient and efficient. Having used APH for over 20 years and wouldn't use any other airport parking. Unfortunately the pick up was less than efficient. We'd booked 2 cars and the first (my son in laws) arrived immediately. Whilst I wouldn't expect the cars to turn up together, my husband and myself had a 17 minute wait for our car. We were told our car was 'blocked in'. As arrival time is requested at time of booking, surely it's wise to ensure cars are easily accessible? Both in our 70s, it was uncomfortable and concerning to be left for so long, although the driver was courteous and efficient when he did arrive.”
“Drop off went smoothly but we had to wait over an hour for the cars to be returned. We had 2 cars and they were brought back 20 mins apart, zero customer service and waiting outside at 2am in October with my elderly mum was not ideal.”
“On our return to Gatwick we rang the designated number to advise that we had our luggage . We were advised there may be a delay due to a road closure .
We went to the meeting point and waited for 45 minutes for our car which was not acceptable. I appreciate that the road closure was out of your control but you should be able to make contingency plans to ensure the wait isn’t that long .
It completely negates the convenience of a meet and greet service , it would have been quicker to park on one of the off site car parks and get a coach transfer .”
“Unfortunately I have had my car extensively damaged.
It was scrapped along a gate when being removed from compound.

“Drop off point (N. Terminal) is quite tricky to find but greeter was friendly & professional. Less good collection expereince - our flight landed early and when I called I was told he had no record of my name (!), then he found it and said as we were early our car was boxed in. What's the point of giving you the fligt details if you're not checking arrival times? Car was there by the time we arrived, but it was FILTHY. Covered all over in muddy blobs (from fallen leaves?) and loads of leaves stuck in vents under bonnet edge.”
“First time user of this facility but been a regular APH customer for several years. My wife has mobility issues and has a small remotely contractable electric scooter since she cannot stand for more than a few minutes. APH response was very efficient at both ends of our trip. I would like to thank the guy who delivered our car on return to UK and helped load our boot luggage. Job well done.”
