“Called APH as advised. By the time they answered we had reached the greeting point outside North Terminal. 22/10/2024, 0144hrs. We were the only ones waiting at that time. We were told we may have to wait around 20', or could be longer as someone had just had to wait 40'. The 40' mark passed and during that time several people arrived and were being delivered their cars. We queried why we were waiting so long with one of the delivery drivers. He looked at his device and said our car was showing on the system but for some reason had not been collected. He was then picked up with other drivers and left. My wife rang APH again at 0233hrs (49' after original call) and was now told in an abrupt fashion by APH that we would now have to wait over an hour! meanwhile persons who arrived 30'-40' after us were having their cars brought to them. The driver we had originally spoke to returned with another customers vehicle and said to us "have you not got your car yet? I told him we had been informed it will be over an hour. He remarked that this was totally unacceptable and that he would go and get our car straight away, which he did, returning at 0247, 1hr 3' after we first arrived at the meeting point. We have used APH for years and this was our 3rd use of Meet & Greet in the last 12 months. The first 2 occasions, no problems, with a very efficient and polite service. After this experience of leaving us standing in the cold for an hour+ and the abrupt and unfriendly attitude of the staff (with the exception of the driver who kindly went to get our car) we will not use APH in the future.”
“The reason for 3 star is cos when we got the car back it was cover in sap! The staff that brought the car back to us was very kind to have it hosed for what have covered the car so it could’ve been worst good thing it came off after we have washed it all off. 5* for the staff as they were very good especially communicating with us as we got a bit lost.”
“We had to wait a long time for the driver to collect our car from the airport, so much so I had to call again to see where they were. Would also be nice if they were under cover. Other than that all was fine and would use again.”
“Excellent company who you can trust, I have various tracking devices on my car and could see it was in a secure compound the whole time we were away, ie not Tescos car park or on Uber runs!!
