“Meet and Greet representative there to meet us even though we were half an hour earlier than ourbooked time. Handover was smooth and quick. On return our car was returned to us with only a few minutes wait once again handover was smooth and quick. First time we had used this service but would certainly use again in the future.”
“The drop off was great- no issues, staff were friendly and quick to arrive.
The pick up was very disappointing. I called whilst at baggage collection and told to call back 20 minutes later as I hadn’t got my baggage despite it only taking 5 mins. I called again 10 minutes later and a driver would be sent. It took 30 minutes for the driver to arrive. I was cold and wet as stuck out in the rain. I called after waiting 15 minutes and they said I’d have to wait because the car was being brought around from the south terminal. Had they sent a driver when I called the first time, the car would have been ready or due imminently. I don’t think the process was as smooth on the return leg. Driver didn’t speak to us or welcome us back. He looked scruffy. A far cry from the suited and booted drivers we had experienced in taxis abroad. They just didn’t seem to care. Maybe it’s just the British people!”
