Ended running late for a flight as where to drop the car off was not clear. Ended up handing my keys to a random man who gave me a QR code.
Car was returned filthy with scratches on.
No photos/paperwork was taken of the car before it was handed over.
Collecting the car was a heart stopping event as it took them a while to find my reservation.
