“I was initially surprised that my meet and greet was contracted to I Love Meet and greet. But it was a very slick service and worked extremely well.
We were picking up a P&O transfer bus at Gatwick South to Southampton and being flown back to Gatwick North so needed a service that would make it easy to drop the car at one terminal and pick it up from the other. APH were the best choice for this.
Staff were very cautious and location for drop off and pick up were very close to the terminal meaning that, as we have 3 bags, it was not an issue getting a trolley and stacking our bags. No lifting on and off of busses !!!
There had been a lot of bad press re meet and greet at Gatwick so was a little concerned but I can only say that it was an excellent choice”
“Drop off procedure is a bit hit and miss and the instructions as to where to drop off were not clear. Rescued by fact that the car collector recognised the number plate and waved us down. The pick up was a bit of a disaster. We arrived at Gatwick and had been given the number for Stansted to call. They clearly had no idea where our car was etc etc. To cut a long story short we had to wait some time for our car to arrive after we had eventually found out where we meant to be. So long in fact that we could easily have been in the long term car park and picked up our car and been underway, which somewhat defeats the object of meet and greet.”

For 20 years annually, I have been using APHs off site parking facilities for Gatwick airport but this was the first time I had used the meet and greet option.
The whole experience from start to finish was positive. I was very impressed with the speed of the collection and delivery of our car. I would use again over the park and shuttle service.”
