“Had to wait 25 minutes for our car to arrive having called once we’d got our baggage. We were then told that we had to pay an extra £20.00 for the 1 extra day of parking we requested when we dropped our car in the previous week, which equated to an extra 33% charge!”
“On arrival it would be nice to be approached by a representative from the company rather than the other way round, it seems a little disjointed as there are more than one company in the same place and you are not sure who is in charge. Other than that the service is fairly quick, i only waited 15 mins for my car to arrive, also can drivers not change radio settings.”
“Used the north terminal meet and greet. All very efficient and very well priced. Directions easy to follow and you don’t have to pay the drop off charge. Easy walk to the airport and on return you don’t even have to call to collect the car it’s already there.”
“The service when car was dropped off was poor. Service agent was very unhelpful. On collection, I called and was told I had to call back when I’d collected luggage. I did this and then was waiting 15 mins for the car which would have been there if they’d helped me when I first called. I don’t think I’d use this company again. The only helpful person was the gentleman who bought the car back. The rest were rude and unhelpful which is not what you need after a long haul flight.”
