“Really good experience with it , staff friendly , ease of parking and directions to get there . North side is a bit trickier than south to find but once you know where your going it's fine . Just look for Sofitel. We wasn't told when collecting that a ticket had been left inside the car to exit the car park so we had a bit of trouble and had to call for help at the barrier as did the car behind us so maybe let the customer know as it wasn't ideally left where you would see it , they just opened the barrier but didn't tell us there was a ticket there we only saw it later ,! . Apart from that would recommend and will use again .”
