“Parking instructions clear. Location great. Paid for valet clean and car had bird poo in various places and sap from trees. Car had been cleaned but then left outside. Also boot and bonnet were open when we returned!”

“Can’t fault the service. Based very close to the entrance/exit of north terminal (literally a 2 min walk max and pretty much all under cover so no getting wet if raining).
You turn up at the car park (ground level so no lugging suit cases up and down steps or lifts), go to booth and give in your key and they give you a card with a reference number on it that you give back upon return (I took a photo of the card in case I lost it). This took approx 5-10 mins max.
We returned a few hours late due to delays but no issues whatsoever. I found my car as we walked into the car park, returned the reference card, picked up my key and was driving away within 5-10 mins of arriving in the car park.
Couldn’t ask for more.
Will definitely use again if the price stays competitive.”
