“The drop off for departure was really good with no problems even though had to wake up the rep asleep in the car. On my return my wife and daughter who both had surgery abroad approached the rep with the ticket and was totally ignored by the rep, a tall Eastern European male with glasses. As I had all three suit cases I could not deal with rude and ignorant behaviour . The rep just looked over and passed my wife who was quite upset at this rude individual. The driver who brought my vehicle back was extremely polite and after paying for the ticket wished me a safe onward journey which was I have have come to expect from this service that I have used several times in the past.”
