“2nd time we have used Ace and both times have been stress free. Always someone at the desk, anytime of day. Our flight was delayed by four hours on our return but it proved to be no problem at all and no extra charges. I will always use Ace when flying from Gatwick”
“There were no signs at the airport to explain where to go, which meant I had to try to navigate the car and guide my passenger through finding the email, checking for instructions. We ended up needing to ring and ask where to go as the instructions were not immediately obvious in the email. I'd have appreciated a follow-up email the day prior with the direct instructions for the terminal I had booked.
Staff were good when speaking to them, but there was no welcome or check-in sort of arrangement. I had parked, unloaded 4 passengers, suitcases, buggies, etc and then had to seek a person to ask who it was I gave my keys to.
On the way back, the staff saw we had young kids with us. It was 4am due to a delayed flight, but there was no urgency shown on the staff's side to speed up the process of getting my car. We waited about 25 minutes for the car, which was a little disappointing. But again staff were pleasant, courteous, the exchange part was quick, easy and simple. Perhaps an improvement in communication and priority when it comes to young children.”
