“The Ace Meet and Greet person was waiting for us in the South Terminal Car Park when we arrived and parked. After verifying our booking, we were given a Card with a Code and the telephone number to call on our return.
Our return flight was delayed by almost 3 hours due to bad weather at Verona. We telephoned the number given after collecting our luggage and our car was parked, ready for us to drive away when we got to the South Terminal Car Park.

“Second time of leaving the car with Ace Meet & Greet, it's really convenient and a stress free service and we'll no doubt do so again. As some other reviewers have commented our car had bits of pine tree in the gaps round the windscreen, cobwebs and a little bird poo on it when we picked it up though.”
“We've parked our car with Ace Meet and Greet Gatwick several times now and always had a good experience. It isn't too expensive and you can use tesco club card vouchers to pay for part or all of the cost which is great! The staff are always helpful and polite and efficient. The only thing I would say is that when you are abroad it is hard to get hold of them if you have a delay, there is a land line number but it would be super helpful if there was a WhatsApp number or email for the carpark. But other than that, 10 out of 10. Will definitely use again!”
