“Flight cancelled due to the weather and even though my car was only parked for eight hours, they refused to honour the booking when I was able to reschedule my flight for later the same day. Terrible, don’t use. In fact, don’t use any of these companies. Next time I’ll just park my car, keep my keys and pay when I leave.”
