Arrival I called ahead arrived at the zone asked an Indian man sat in his car I asked if my car was here .. showed him my number tag he said wait in seated area which I did
After 30 mins I get up to look around and see my car parked in a differnt zone. I went to my car and the same male began hooting ans flashing car lights to summon me to him.. the car had been there over 30mins and it ended as a big arguement. he had not told me the car was there
He says was not his fault not his job to know my car not his job to get out of his car ans give me keys .. he was interested to take the payment for the valet £34.95 and hand over the keys
Not a pleasant experience especially as I’m disabled with badge in car and almost deaf.
