“I hadn't used a service like this before and was apprehensive that it would work well for my early flight. I needn't have worried. The instructions and directions supplied with my booking were easy to follow and I was able to park as specified. The wait to hand over my keys was short and the walk to Departures only took a few minutes. On my return, I was able to pick up my key without any wait and everything worked perfectly. This was well worth the cost and I'll definitely use the service again.”
“Excellent service and so easy. No hanging around just park car in garage, hand over the keys to the reception in the garage and walk to the terminal which takes 2 minutes. On way back collect keys and car is waiting in a parked space. This is from North terminal, haven’t done this from
South so can’t comment on how long it is to terminal.”
“No a good service as my car did 11 miles when there but the other guy I spoke to only did 4 miles, why!! There was a mark on the car as well but when I turned up the guy didn’t book it in or check the car out so there was no evidence. I did realise until it was to late and wouldn’t use them again.”
“Given my experience just coming back from Malaga to Gatwick I can recommend the ACE meet and greet.
We dropped that car off at 5 am where a member of Ace was on hand to advise me of the procedure - it was seamless and we were on our way to the terminal within minutes
On our return, I phoned the number given to me after I collected our luggage and just as we were walking into the collection area our driver drove in with our car. There was a quick exchange with the driver giving me the car keys and paid ticket to get out of the car park. Unbelievably we were driving out of Gatwick 45 mins after touchdown - so well done airline for getting luggage up so quickly and a massive well done to ACE for being so efficient!!”
