“With train strikes we needed to take the car. Really easy service. The drop off is in the short term carpark right opposite South Terminal departures so no hanging around for buses or transport from further away. Pick up is also simple and if you need to phone to change your pick up time, they pick up the phone quickly. Would definitely use again. And with vouchers it made it a no brainer.”
“I have used APH on several occasions and in general they seem to offer a good service, despite changing the areas where you meet the valet on virtually every occasion. However, this time, the drop off went well but on return, despite stating clearly in the email that I didn't need to phone them when landing, when I arrived at the area to collect my car I was told I should have phoned them. I then had to wait 20 minutes for my car, despite it being only a few hundred yards away, which was very frustrating. I am trying them again next month but if the same thing happens then it will be the last time I use them.”
“I would recommend from a convenience perspective. However when I collected the car it was wet on the inside and the passenger seat was saturated. This means that at some point in its storage the windows were left open. This is really disappointing and not really discovered until.i got home and someone else sat in the passenger seat.”
