“I was a bit dubious about the Drop & Go system, as I am used to the personal service with APH, but everything ran smoothly, and I would not hesitate to recommend it at Luton. Also, the car park was just a few minutes from the M1.”
“All very easy apart from when collecting the car on return. If you have not used this service before It is not made clear that passengers on the transfer bus would be dropped off at different locations so when the driver called to say what location we were at it caused some confusion and the driver did not seem happy to have to repeat the location. I would also suggest some illuminated signs inside the bus to show the location as I'm not sure how passengers at the rear of the bus can hear the driver at the front.”
“Simple process when dropping off. The only issue we had when we returned is that the barcode on the tickets we were issued was missing it's last digital, this was quickly sorted by the helpful attendant.”
