“Have used you three times now & service has always been good.
Unfortunately on this occassion we were delayed, I tried ammending my booking, but was unable to.
I sent a message and got a reply saying I would be charged a late fee. This is/was fair enough, but I
think the £60 fee was a bit much for extra 3 days.
It would be nice to think as a regular customer this could be reduced to a fairer ammount.
Hopefully I will get a reply.”
“When the shuttle has left, you might have to wait 20 minutes for the next shuttle. But that is the only thing that maybe should improve. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything goes very smoothly.”
