“This is a difficult review to write. We have used APH Luton for DECADES without an issue. HOWEVER, this year, while we were away, we needed change the length of stay - we needed to shorten it by a few hours due to a flight change. The experience of trying to make sure our car was ready a few hours before originally planned was traumatic! We booked with APH, the car was at Airparks and when we tried to contact APH by phone, we were told they couldn't help and directed us to the car park, the car park phone was a recorded message directing us to the holiday extras website - who use different booking numbers and there is no phone number. I engaged in chat with a man who did not know that APH and Airparks were connected to Holiday Extras (I googled it and educated him as he had told me not to "assume" !!) and insisted that he knew his systems and the only way he could help me was if I gave him my card details!! (I don't think so). After 2 hours of trying to amend the booking, I eventually was directed to Anna via chat who took my car registration, found the booking immediately was wonderful and sorted everything out. My BP was sky high, I was about to launch my laptop out of the window due to the level of stress caused by simply trying to bring forward my arrive home date. MAKING AMENDMENTS SHOULD NOT BE THIS DIFFICULT - APH/AIRPARKS/HOLIDAY EXTRAS - SORT IT OUT AND EDUCATE YOUR OWN STAFF!!! NO DOUBT I WILL NOT RECEIVE AN APOLOGY OR RECOMPENSE FOR THE STRESS AND TIME LOST.”
