“We have used the APH car park at Luton, three times this year. The first twice were not in peak season & the parking was managed slightly differently. On the 3rd occasion, we had to collect our keys in a slightly different manner & there was a little delay as sign posting on where to collect the keys wasn’t obvious. When we did find where to collect them, the gentleman was having to see everyone that had returned on the bus with us, as well as letting all the new arrivals in.
Having said that, the car was in the condition we left it & it had been well parked.”
“Very simple checking in procedure , flight was cancelled and I wouldn’t tell them when I would be back as alternated system , but that didn’t matter car was there ready and waiting for me . 100% recommend”
