“Easy enough to go and drop off your vehicle, the bus service is also very frequent.
Collecting is easy, just make sure you have the original ticket from when you dropped off the car keys.
My only complaint is that my car was left unlocked, presumably after was moved from where I dropped it off to where I collected it from.”
“Our car been damaged on that car park! During collection our car we’ve seen huge scratch on the door. Of course there wasn’t any scratch before. When my husband tried to complain about it they showed to him unclear pic of our car but my husband is sure it wasn’t pic from that night when we arrived on car park! When we’ve been on holiday our car app in a phone shows that car was driven few times in the night. I was thinking maybe they just changed car park space but now I know they made one more “car checking” and new videos/pictures. It is crazy! No more leave our car there!!!”
“Trip to airport was fine. Checking in all smooth. Trip back a nightmare! Never seen so many people queuing for a bus and then everyone was squeezed on with people sitting on each other/aisle blocked right up to driver's arm. Use APH quite a lot, but not from Luton. Knowing when people are due back the bus service should be better, especially late at night when babies are having to stand out in the cold. Although I've said yes to recommend it would be with reservations.”
“Excellent location when finding car park. Helpful friendly staff. Drop off outside airport entrance. Easy to get car key on return and easy to locate car. Have used this car park several times when flying from Luton.”
