“Car park was ok for what you pay , remember to check where your car is and bus stop number because in the dark late at night and all you want to do is get home it looks different”
“Everything was excellent, one small issue though, we were delayed coming home on a Sunday night, therefore would be running over the time booked. I tried to contact you, but nobody is there to answer a phone until Monday morning. I tried to ammend online, there is nowhere to extend the times....poor. This was an added worry on top of the delayed plane and flying in to a massive thunder storm in East mids.
Luckily the barriers just let me out.
Communication to a late arrival would have helped.”
