“Parking is fine but try to avoid booking with APH. They charged me extra while my amendment didn't extend already paid day. Also, in their rules is nothing about charge for amendment.”
“Parking and shuttle bus to airport were great going but coming back was awful. There was no space to put heavy suitcases in the lower racks and the driver didn’t help matters by shouting at us to put them in higher racks. There was no way I could do that. Then when I asked the driver to let me know if we were in jet parks 1 or 2 he wouldn’t help! Terribly rude driver and unhelpful. Put me off parking there again. When we got back to car we had great difficulty getting out because another car had blocked us in by not parking in a proper space. This car should have been removed. It would be helpful if the driver could call out when the bus enters each car park or even better have an automated notification.”
“Plate not recognised despite having had it just cleaned. So a token was apparently released to allow us out upon our return BUT did not appear. Upon exiting we had to call the office who took forever to identify our car and even with a booking ref it took time for them to finally raise the barrier.”
“Jet park 2 is a long way away from EMA, so the bus trip is a must. Old diesel buses, smelly, sweaty and in need of replacement ASAP. For the price paid a jet park 2, for the little extra I'd go mid stay instead and enjoy a short walk to the departure lounge.”
“The car park was easy to find, there was plenty of car parking spaces and the car park was well lit and secure. The bus arrived in a good time frame and the journey to the terminal was quick. Overall it was a quick and simple service from booking to parking and getting to and from the terminal.”
