“First time we have used this car park. Overall experience was excellent. Just one small niggle. On arrival at 4am the location of the bus stops were not apparent. These need to be illuminated. Like us several people were wandering around the car park looking for the pickup point.”
“Easy to find the carpark at EMA, ANR at barrier on entry and exit makes easy entry and exit. Plenty of car parking spaces for my trip. Bus travel awkward as they have only one door at front, painful if you get on the bus first and your drop off is first, as you then have to try to get your suitcases through the pack! Have used APH at various airports for over 10 years, never had a problem.”
“When we arrived we waited for 20 minutes whilst a car at the wrong car park couldn’t get in, then the queue had to reverse to let the car out. This made us later than planned. We parked but then found the buses were every 20 minutes not the 12-15 stated in the booking email. The bus was packed when it arrived, but we squeezed on. The return was very easy and impressive. It’s the cheaper car park so you get what you pay for.”
“Arrived at the barrier and couldn't get in, registration number not picked up, barcode not accepted and had to buzz staff three times before they lifted the barrier, when we spoke to them over the intercom they just kept saying to reposition the car at the barrier - which we did several times - same thing happened to car in front of us and it happened again when we returned after our holiday. Took over half hour to get in and park, shuttle to airport took 20 mins to arrive, not 10 - will not use again. Def not quick and easy.”
“Very easy to park and get transport to the terminal. I would have liked the driver who returned us to the carparks to be more helpful, there were a few of us who were unsure where to get off in the dark. The exit barrier needs repositioning though because three cars in a row had to call for assistance to get out, the camera is not aligned with the road and cannot read the number plates easily!!”
