“Car park was very poorly lit and we couldn’t see an exit sign. When when did get to the barrier it wouldn’t open so phoned the number on the email but no such number. There was the button on the barrier but has it was dark we couldn’t see what button to press. Had to get out of the car and look for it with a torch.”
“Some small issues getting out of the barrier. Appears to have 2 exits only left is an exit and need to pull up at a precise angle to get number plate read. Staff were able to help as queue behind meant i could not reverse to pull up again. Shuttle buses are very frequent and easy to spot.
Easy to find a parking space”
“Had some trouble exiting the car park on return. I could not see any way of calling somebody and there was no phone numbers on any correspondence. I tried moving backwards and forwards but the ANPR would not register my car. After about 20 minutes and a ride round the car park to see if anybody was in the office, there wasn't, the ANPR recognised my car and opened the barrier”
“Bus service is great but car park in a bit of a poor state - large loose stones which are a worry if caught wrong as could easily cause damage to a vehicle.”
