“The actual service was fine, but there was no signage to direct me to the pick-up point on my return on a dark evening. On a plus, friendly, efficient, called me en route to drop off and helped with directions when I couldn't find the collection point in the dark.”

“Not quite what we expected from a Meet and Greet service. The additional car parking fees of £12 on arrival to park and collect in a short stay car park for a (very nice) man to take the car off site was a surprise. We couldn’t find him when we returned at midnight on a cold dark night. So unfortunately we won’t be using this service again.”
“Was not really the meet & Greet we expect. Normally drive through , park and wak to the office and leave the keys. We had to phone a number 30 mins pre arrival, wait for someone. THEN pay an extra £12.00 to get in and out of the car park. Maybe in the small print but had not seen this. Car was absolutly filthy when I got it back. Not sure where they parked it. On retutn had to call them and they arrived with the car- DIDNT have to show any form of ID and was handed the keys.”
