“The one I booked I still had to pay £12 to get in&out.
Wasn’t the actual meet and greet like described. Had to wait around for the car and it was all very confusing.
The other more expensive meet and greet it better and worth it. For this one you might as well have parked on the bus area by the time you got in and out of it. Car was filthy when collected. Dry dust and concrete all over the inside of the car had to pay £20 for it to be valeted when I got home”
“The staff were very nice, but disappointed that we had to meet at the back of the car park, due to to the distance of the terminal. On my return my car was dirty in side muddy carpet.”

Real customer service shone through also when my flight was diverted to Budapest overnight..... not only did the APH team keep in constant touch with me, responding almost immediately every time, but they reassured me straight away that I wouldn't incur additional fees due to needing an extra day's parking....well done Team!
