“Excellent service and highly recommended especially on return flights which were very late in the evening and poor weather, Midlands Parking were there on time.”

Woman alone at 2 am standing in dark in car park for 25 mins waiting for car to be delivered!. very poor experience,will not be using again. Also additional fees for existing car park only mentioned after booking was made!!”
“Never again, got there on time, rang waited ages then paid £12 on top of payment I had already paid, way back called waited then was told look at all traffic he’s stuck in it, (not professional at all) got my car and went to notice house key was missing not told why or where it was till I called them…. Won’t book again I would rather get dropped off by a taxi.”
“On arrival home, instructions followed and then had to wait in excess of 20 minutes for vehicle to turn up. After being assured on drop off that our flight would be checked for arrival time and vehicle would be instantly available. This is not what I call meet and greet. There are 2 meet and greets at EMA and will not use this one again.”
