“We use APH parking many of our holiday departure destinations, including Birmingham & Manchester in which we have always felt good value for our money
At East Midlands Airport, our mistake was to think that this was the official Airport Meet & Greet.
It looks a good deal with the APH discount however in small print you are responsible for a drop of charge of £6 followed by a collection charger of £6.
All in all it would have been cheaper to use the official professional service provided by the Airport. Definitely wouldn’t use these again.”

“Met at the airport, had to pay an additional £6 for the parking on top of what was already paid and we were not aware of this. On way home, had to wait 25 mins in the cold for them to bring ua the car AND had to pay another £6 extra parking charge. So we were not met, and had to pay an additional £12 in total. Very poor, will never use this service again!”

“i booked meet and greet and turned up and they told me id not booked meet and greet even though i had the email on my phone saying meet and greet, i then had to go all the way back round the airport and go to the short stay car park, although it was an easy process i had paid for something that i didn't receive”
