“I know it, APH know it, Bristol Airport know it. Airport Parking is a rip off. Thousands of cars with little or no option than to use your parking 'services'. The Parking cost more than my return flights with bags, Priority Boarding and Extra Leg Room Seats. My flight arrived at just after 1am so I had to pay for the whole day. No doubt I will have to use this Parking again but out of necessity rather than choice.”
“Overpriced essentially due to a captive audience. Spaces are poorly marked out, surface is in poor condition with many large potholes. If you need to speak to customer service, don't expect to receive any courtesy. I used this carpark purely out of necessity.”
