“Poorly maintained car park with narrow spaces when we arrived it was difficult to park as there were a lot of large cars and vans in small spaces making the remaining spaces really tight. Walkways marking are faded and overall condition of the car park was poor. Leading to large puddles forming. Cost was very high”
“"Enter this postcode in your SatNav" took us through Bristol City centre and coat us the low emission zone charge. This should have been flagged. We are not familiar with Bristol and didn't know about the zone.
Signage in the car park, especially in the dark, was inadequate - very confusing, making our arrival stressful. Very few empty spaces left and hard to find one.”

“Nothing wrong with the parking. BUT... there's loads of construction work going on currently, and all the paths and ramps have got barriers up, and it's very difficult to actually find your way to the terminal! Why do all this work at the peak of the summer holiday season? Utter madness.”
