“Very busy so took about 20 minutes of driving up and down to find a space. There were boards saying 'spaces this way' which, when followed, led to dead ends and no spaces. Very expensive (as is everything to do with Bristol Airport) and of course run on the smallest of budgets no staff, rough and broken surfaces, minimal security cameras and poor lighting. Probably the best carpark on-site if you have to use Bristol though but honestly, you are better off flying from Cardiff, Bournemouth or Heathrow.”
“Unfortunately when I returned for my car, the machine said Ticket invalid. Even though I was exiting the carpark at 23.15 hrs and my termination time was 04.00 the next day. And to make my stress level go through the roof, you were demanding a further payment of £ 255 at the Pay station. You admitted it was a mistake on speaking with an employee. BAD ADMINISTRATION!”
“Parking spaces are very small and am still awaiting a reply as to why the shuttle buses are no longer running from this car park as it was a nightmare carrying cases from car to terminal at 2 in the morning with rain and bad knee. Have used for many years previously with no issues but unless things change, will use Exeter or Newquay airports in future and amend holiday destinations to suit.”
