“Easy drop off. Very helpful staff. Problem with collecting the car as a member of staff had not written the parking bay clearly. It was in C H 70 but the gentleman handing back the key and myself misread it as C M. Then we looked for C N and finally found my car in C H row because of illegible writing. Hoping the staff member writes clearly next time. Apart from this delay all was fine.”
“While this is a ok service. It feels a bit clunky - you park your car in a bay. You go into the reception area to electronically submit your key into a box. You are given a green slip for your key.
Upon returning- you queue in designated silver zone area for your shuttle same as when you deposited your key to take you back to the parking area. Your car has been moved to another area so when you pick up your key you are told where your car is now parked.
Not enough shuttle buses when passengers arrive. If you miss the first you wait 20 mins for the same bus to come back around.
It would be better if when you arrive you get to pick up your car outside the terminal, no bus wait no other waiting in turn for your key pick up or bay allocation.”
