“Outgoing was fine no issue. We arrived back quite late on the Tuesday. Due to being robbed on holiday I didn't have my ticket. Already stressed as my phone etc had been stolen. I explained to the young lady what had occurred. Not a jot of empathy and the bored look on her face said it all. Really disappointed thus time.”
