“Customer service does not justify the rates being charged. Why didn't the airport developers build a covered walkway linking the the drop off and parking area to the departures and arrivals instead of subjecting customers to the rain and elements.”
“We were able to park up near the check-in building. As usual it was easy to follow the procedure to leave the key. Everything ran like clockwork on our outward and return journeys. We didn't have to wait or queue up for very long on this trip due to early flight times. Return key process was ultra swift. We will continue to use Silver Zone forever! The system for booking your car in is easy to follow....collecting your keys to pick up your car is very quick...although it could be explained a wee bit better where your has been moved....our only bug bear is that for the short distance the car is moved that the DRIVER'S SEAT IS MOVED...but overall good as never long to wait for the shuttle buses”

“Car Park busier than expected at 4am. Easy to park the car, a queue at the reception which was dealt with efficiently with little delay. Bus arrived promply to take us to the airport.
Bus was waiting on our return no delay. Reception staff were efficient for us to collect the key. Car park sign posted well for us to locate the car.
