“This was super quick and easy, even with two young children in tow. The drop off is like using a bank cash point and is super easy to use and navigate, with members of staff at the help desk if you really need them. Upon collection, there was no queue and you simply hand over your drop off receipt and your key is returned to you. They have also made sure that they have moved your vehicle to a nearby parking space for when you collect you car. Couldn't fault the entire experience. Thanks so much.”
“Easy check-in, once you know what to do, but someone there to help! Straight on to a bus and arrival at airport with no fuss. Not sure why new drop off point is not covered all the way to building as it's a longer walk than it used to be and not pleasant in the rain. Pick up smooth on return even though it was busy. Will use again if price is right.”
