“Parked here for a week - easy to use service - just arrive, ANPR reads your number plate and gives you access to the car park which had ample spaces. Once the car was parked you drop the keys off at the reception building using an automated kiosk - all simple and straightforward with no undue queues or delays. Buses are used to ferry you to the nearby terminal - it’s too far to walk so the bus is the only option. You’re dropped off right outside the terminal. Return is the reverse of the process and you get your keys back on production of your receipt so keep it safe! They had moved the car to a new space but easy to find and exit via another ANPR barrier.
All in all a no fuss service which was fine and I would use it again. I have used meet and greet before but they’re always not hot and miss when the car is returned and you never know what happens to it when you hand the keys over!! This Silver parking was unusual as they didn’t unplug the dashcam which is always a good sign they they’ve nothing to hide!!!”
“Been using Silver Zone for many years. I unfortunately had to contact them last week as my Husbands Identical Twin Brother suddenly passed away. I said I'm going to be 6 days late back due to the funeral etc and they couldn't give a monkeys and couldn't care a less all they wanted was money. Had to pay an extra £100 when we collected the car. I don't mind paying the extra but £100 was a bit extreme if I'm honest.”
“I would now not recommend Silver Zone as the price has almost doubled since I booked my May flight parking. Almost £70 for 5 days parking was reasonable. I consider the prices now being charge to be far too high.”
