“I parked at Silver Zone and was then transferred to the airport. However, my flight was cancelled by the airline one hour from the flight time. Upon returning to pick up my car I was extremely disappointed to find that absolutely no consideration would be given to a refund. I have used Silver Zone many times over the years but feel rather let down by such a negative blanket approach.”
