“Absolutely shocking service at 4am on a Sunday morning. We were faced with over a 90 Min wait for a bus to the terminal. Can't understand how the management can get it so wrong. Surely you know how many people are arriving through the booking and staff accordingly. Will be never using again. I will be recommending to all never to use. Disgraceful service for £90.”
“The service was excellent but sadly in our return there had been a road accident which caused a very long delay in transfer but APH cannot accept a poor review for that.”
“The drop of procedure was very easy and the shuttle buses are convenient and frequent. When we returned we did have a little trouble however. Our flight home had been delayed by 12 hours but luckily there is a 24 grace period which we were thankful for. They had trouble finding our keys though and when they were found, we were told that the car was across the road but didn't know if it was left or right. My husband has a blue badge and we had parked in a disabled bay but upon our return, after searching for our car, it was parked in a hedge with the drivers door up against a metal framed bay that had wheelchairs in it. He could hardly squeeze in and the person who had moved the car had left the seat really close to the wheel, making it in more difficult for him to get in, bearing in mind he has had spinal and hip surgery (hence the blue badge). The car, because it was parked right into the hedge and under a low hanging tree, was covered in bird poo and slugs and the roof scratched from the branches. We had already had a long, delayed journey so having to search for the car, squeeze into the car and clean the car before we could drive off, was very disappointing. Had we found the car in a disabled bay and in good order, we would have given it 5 stars.”
