“1. Finding a free parking space on entry is CHAOS, due to lack of management. Allow extra time!
2. Key dropping process is slow and requires memorising car parking space, and providing flight details electronically etc. etc. Again, allow more time.
3. Buses to the airport are insufficient in volume and frequency to cope with number of customers. Needed to wait for 3 buses to go to airport and 6 on return, with queue running the length of the bus area. Definitely not COVID safe with sardine packing employed. Allow LOTS of time.
4. Staff efficient when collecting key, despite inefficient system; requires producing printout received when key dropping!!!
Quite expensive, and surprised that it continues to operative given its many operational problems that are detrimental to the customer experience and unfortunate working conditions for the efficient staff.”
