“Always park here when we go on holiday.
Usually 5* but chap that booked us in clearly would’ve preferred us to use self check-in when he had no queue and there was a queue for self check-in. Also, very long queue for shuttle bus on return journey.”
“Silver Zone has become very popular due to the increased traffic at Bristol Airport. Prices are not great but you have the reassurance you are using a reputable, well known company. There are alternative cheaper car par providers around Bristol Airport but you take the risk as not such a large conglomerate operating them.
Busses every fifteen minutes to and from the airport to car park and the ticket office and airport drop off are well located to avoid lots of walking.”
“When we arrived at 3.15am to leave our car the queues were the worst I've seen and probably due to the new system of machine checking in ? There was plenty of help from staff but we really thought we would miss our flight ? On the return ,we waited over 25 mins for the Silverzone bus to take us to collect our car ,and there was ONE member of staff checking a drawer with at least 20 keys until he found the owners ?It seemed like a step backwards to us ?”
“Bit of a hassle doing the self check-in for the first time, probably because there was such a large queue and everyone was trying to rush through.
The same would of happened coming back, but I left me husband and son to collect our cases and I went on to collect the keys which saved some time”
