“Departing was excellent, pick up from the airport was brilliant as the bus was waiting for our arrival. Finding our key took a long time, however, and was quite worrying when then couldn't seem to locate it, but eventually did find it. Would definitely use again”
“Very efficient process to drop off car. On our return there had been a road accident outside the airport meaning the silver zone buses were stuck in traffic and there was a long queue at the bus stop. The airport kept us informed. The bus driver ensured he fitted as many people as possible onto the bus and was very calm and helpful, as were the staff returning our keys back at the carpark.”
